I think the time has come for some tweaking.
The image at left represents the collaborative understanding of what &#8220;an apple&#8221; looks like.  Not bad (considering it started from pure randomness), but I think it can be improved.

<p>The image at left represents the collaborative understanding of what &#8220;an apple&#8221; looks like.  Not bad (considering it started from pure randomness), but I think it can be improved.</p>
<p>Right now the algorithm used to generate the images layers colors on top of each other.  I&#8217;m going to prevent this layering from happening so that earlier layers wont be hidden.</p>
<p>Blending rather than layering.  Resetting the images today.  I&#8217;m expecting good things.</p>
